The HTC Legend isn't just the successor to the HTC Hero, it's the most innovative Android phone to come out of HTC R&D labs in some time. It's body is carved out from a single piece of aluminum, which allows for a unique construction method that HTC calls "slot assembly." Basically, all the guts are stuffed into a hollow aluminum shell that doubles as the phone's frame.
